As a small business owner, my struggle with employee management was overwhelming. That challenge inspired my journey to learning and empowerment as a human resource professional. I developed a passion for empowering vision-oriented leaders who desire to inspire staff, improve engagement, reduce workplace conflict, hire great talent while mitigating risk.
My ideal clients are implementers, who value expertise, and are coachable. They are leaders who manage staffs of 10-100 employees without an HR department.
